In addition to many other benefits, Oxygen Elements PlusT and Silica PlusT are two of the most powerful cleansers known. You may experience cleansing symptoms when first using them, but the symptoms are temporary and the good news is that you are eliminating toxic waste from your body. If you follow the recommended procedure, you will minimize cleansing symptoms that may include mild diarrhea, headache, gas, aches, constipation, mild to moderate malaise, lethargy and tiredness.

Silica PlusT
Add to eight ounces of purified water or juice and take with or after meals. We recommend you test your level of toxicity by using 6-10 drops of Silica Plus once a day for 5 days. Gradually increase the product usage over a two to three week period until you are using a maintenance amount of 1/4 TSP (approx. 14 drops) three times a day. For a therapeutic amount, increase slowly to 3/4 TSP three times a day and maintain this amount for one to two months before dropping to the maintenance amount.
